The General Services Division is a multi-task department divided into two segments; Properties and Parks. General Services Director Stan Goetz is a lifelong resident of Edgewood and has been with the city for 24 years. Properties is responsible for the maintenance of streets, storm sewers, signs, all public buildings, etc. Bob Begnoche is the Assistant Director for Properties and supervises four full time employees and two or more seasonal workers in the warmer months. The Parks Department is responsible for the maintenance of all greenspace which includes the city's three parks and all right-of-ways.
